This picture was taken with our teacher Dr. Sudarat Bantaokul. She teaches us Buddhism and Thai Wisdom. This educational tour was thus organized by her.
As we are studying Thai local wisdom, it is appropriate to learn and study the farming system, local wisdoms used by farmers in Phetchburi. While we were coming back from the tour, we got chance to visit Wat Mahathat. This picture is taken in that Wat Mahathat. In this temple some of the old Buddha statues of Sukhothai, Ayutthaya periods can be found.

This picture is taken near Grand Palace. This place not free from Sanam Luang which is know as the centre of Bangkok. It is near to Wat Po also. Grand palace is important because, it is the place that the present king Bhumipol occassionally comes and respect, and changes the robe or cloth of the Emerald Buddha. Emeral Buddha has long and good historical value. It is highly respected by many faithful Buddhists. Today, Grand palace is a tourist acttractive place for foreigners as well as people of Thailand.

This picture was taken in Saraburi. In this place, the farm you see is peanut trees. It is based on King's project. The sufficiency Economy is applied in this area of the farms, ponds, trees etc. Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university provided a tour to Saraburi and Lopburi. It is an educational tour. We could so many things by seeing and sight seeing as well. Being a student, we need to see new things and see the outside world. It is a part of the education. In education, there are two things, one is theoritical education and practical education. So, students are encouraged to study and look around what should be learned.

This picture is taken in Putthamonthon with my friend. Putthamonthon is place situated in Nakhon Pathom province, Salaya. It is a kind of quiet and something like botanical garden though it is not botanical. But many Buddhists visit this place either for sight seing or relaxing, or holiday spending, exercising etc. Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University usually held a meditation retreat in this place. It is a wide place, quiet and good for relaxing and meditating.
